First Strike will have you on the edge of your seat, biting your thumbs off. It’s a book by Jack Higgins this book is based on strategy ,courage.  When the President of the United States is invaded by some rebels to get some lunch codes to nuke China.  It can take you on a cool journey to Washington D.C. I suggest you read the entire series before this book

When the only information they can get about the attacks from wiengwei rebels the only info they can get from a friend named Ralph ( a friend of the chance family) this was the words he spoke “ If the birds have flown,  they will try for the football.”   Unable to figure out what that meant Rich Chance(son) goes to help Jade Chance(sister of Rich) Rich calls John Chance (father) for help.There are in pursuit of colonel shu ( wiengwei rebel leader) I would go on further but I would ruin the book.

If you want to know what the order is of the books are here it is: “ Sure Fire, Death Run, , Sharp Shot, First Strike.”  If you don’t read it in this order you will be confused, and not know what’s going on.  I love this series,it’s a really good series you will love the surprises you will wish there was more books,  because of the fun you will have reading this series.

  On a rating for 1-10 I rate this book a nine because shows detail it tells you what the character is thinking it explains the character’s looks. This book would be for people who like action books.  This book was one of the New York’s Best Selling Books.  You will enjoy this book,  it takes you to places you would ever go, but remember this is not really going to happen if you went to Washington D.C.

Some people like  books.  I only like to read comics but I thought it would be nice to step outside of the comics and try to read a regular book. Someday I will love to read the series again                        `
